Riverview Hospital Urgent Care Department is currently seeking a skilled and energetic full-time midlevel provider (PA/NP) to become a part of our Urgent Care team. Riverview Hospital Emergency Department has annual volume of 27,000 visits per year, 50% of which are made up by Urgent Care visits. We are an independent community-based hospital with excellent and supportive ED physicians as well as referral staff. The ideal candidate would have Emergency or Urgent Care experience and good customer service skills, but other qualified candidates will be considered.

Hourly wage is competitive including evening and weekend differential. Benefits package is excellent including CME time and expenses, licensing, DEA fees, specialty organization membership to SEMPA and 2 others of your choice, generous PTO, short and long-term disability, and malpractice.

Urgent care hours of operation are 9am-9pm seven days a week and covered by 2 midlevel providers daily; 12-hour shifts either 9am-9pm or 10am-10pm; every third weekend and holidays are fairly dispersed.

Opportunity to walk into an established practice currently seeing 15-20 patients daily. Applicant will maintain his or her own patients. Duties include: evaluation and management of Family Medicine issues. Pediatrics and geriatrics are approximately 10% of our patient case load.
