New Clinic - Nurse Practitioner - Carlisle

UrgentCareTravel currently has 7 clinic locations and is expanding to 25 clinics across the country.
UrgentCareTravel's Carlisle, Pennsylvania clinic, opening soon, located next to the Flying J Travel Center at 1501 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013 is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner / Clinic Director who is both medically qualified and interested in working closely with the corporate team to market and grow the medical practice at his/her location.
The Nurse Practitioner / Clinic Director is responsible for the management and growth of the clinic, passionately providing excellent patient care and building the clinic practice and revenues. The Nurse Practitioner / Clinic Director works with the corporate team to attract trucking company and community patients to the clinic using the proven processes and tools already in place with our existing clinics.
UrgentCareTravel (UCT), in partnership with Pilot Flying J, the largest truck stop company in the United States, addresses one of the trucking industry's biggest challenges of offering easily accessible and affordable occupational medicine and primary care services for truck drivers and the local community.
Qualifications / requirements related to the Nurse Practitioner / Clinic Director position include:
•Excellent medical care and patient skills.Both Urgent Care and Primary Care cases.
•Entrepreneur skills/spirit: a “can do” attitude and skill set to work with Corporate to market UrgentCareTravel to the local trucking community.
•Business Development: phone and e-mail contacts at local trucking companies to market UrgentCareTravel’s services and value propositions.
•Great interpersonal and communications skills.
•Strong work ethic: dependable, responsible, accountable and ethical.
•Strong teamwork skills: ability to work well with Corporate and the other clinics in the UrgentCareTravel clinic network.
•Certified (preferred) or willing to become certified on DOT physical exams and specimen collection.
•Above average computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), EMR, E-mail and Internet.
•Front office skills
•Majority of clientele is occupational medicine
•All skills as required within scope of practice
This is a full-time position.
